Great intentions, poor customer service. Other rescues are far easier and more honest to deal with. Not honest up front on whether you are a serious candidate or not. The dogs are their customers, don't be surprised that they don't give a toss about the potential adoptors time and efforts to provide forever homes. Will keep you waiting with the belief that you are a good candidate, only to keep looking for better offers.
